Acme Quebec Heater

This Quebec heater was brought to us in pieces. This type of stove was called a poorman's stove because it cost only $3 - $7. Every house had a cookstove and another stove for heat only.

Acorn Cookstove

This 1907 cookstove came to us on its back in pieces. It could not stand on its own. This stove was restored to original condition and is back on a farm in Saskatchewan where it came from originally.

Zenith Cookstove

We picked this stove up in an old building that was falling into the cellar. This building was the living-quarters to the original homesteaders. Relatives to the homesteaders were very excited to see the stove once we restored it.
